Kaspersky labs on 27th June announced the public and full release of Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 upgrading the popular 2009 version. Firefox 3.5 is finally here

A few hours ago Mozilla launched their new updated version of Firefox, Firefox 3.5. This is the first major Firefox update to be released this year. The new mozilla Firefox 3.5 is cooler, faster and easier to use like never before. The major updated feature worth mentioning will be the addition of support for open video formats, allowing movies, video clips to become part of today’s dynamic web pages without requiring a plug-in. VLC media player 0.9.9 now available

Play Left4Dead for free on Freaky Free Friday

Here is a great news for all the zombie slayers out there Valve is making Left 4 Dead available to all PC users via steam for a free 24-hour trial this Friday (1st may) starting at 12:01AM GM. Another great news is that free trial will include access to the recently released Survival Pack DLC which is awesome. The DLC adds a new multiplayer game mode and two new additional Versus campaigns. If you love killing mindless zombies for hours without any reason this could be possibly the best Friday of your life. If you haven’t brought this great game already give it a go tomorrow for free and I am sure  you will wanna buy it.

Fallout 3 update 1.5 released by Bethesda

April 30th, 2009

2 days ago Bethesda released the 1.5 patch for Fallout 3. This is a standard update for Fallout 3 which will fix some minor bugs and glitches and adds new achievements for Broken Steel, the upcoming DLC for Fallout 3. The patch is about 50 mb for both PC and XBOX360 versions and you can grab it from Bethesda’s download section. The patch notes are:
Bug Fixes

1.Fixed issue with VATS calculations not appearing properly for perks (PC)

2.Fixed crash related to altered references between master files

3.LOD objects render properly when loaded from DLC worldspaces

4.Fixed issue with companion NPCs not loading into cells immediately after player

Crysis Wars v1.5 Patch and Mod SDK Package released

I remember not so long ago posting the release of 1.4 patch for crysis wars.  Well crytek today released the 1.5 patch for crysis wars along with and Mod SDK Package. The 1.5 patch comes with a number of gameplay improvements and fixes that really improve stability and remove most of the the known exploits. In addition to this a new map Ruins was also released. Ruins is set in a church ruins environment where players are able to do combat both inside and outside the ruins. To read the full patch notes go to the official gamepage.
